Happy Pink and Green Thursday, everyone!

My favorite day of the week is here again, and I'm thrilled to be linking up with Trishy for another Pink and Green blog hop! Over the weekend I decided the winter doom and gloom had to go so I hauled in my Easter decorations for a colorful pick-me-up. It just so happens that the decorations are the perfect feature for this (very) pink and green day!

All the decorations were purchased at TJ Maxx and Tuesday Morning, or gifted to me by my sweet mama.

 Greetings, sweet friends!

I hope your week is going well- we're halfway to the weekend! I was home from work yesterday over whatever the yucky stuff is I told you about on Monday. Millie and I dragged around all day, and somewhere between multiple naps I finally started to feel a little better- thank goodness!

I'm joining Flip Flops & Pearls again this week and linking up for Semi Wordless Wednesday. You all know how much I love Fashion Meets. . . posts- striking frocks combined with an unexpected counterpart leaves me just giddy. I discovered EmmaKissTina (Illustrations by Kristina Hultkrantz) on Etsy sometime back and have blogged a few of the pieces here and there. Today, however, I wanted to do a full feature and show you just how lovely this shop really is!

Under the Weather

Hello, my loves!

As you can tell from the title of this post I'm slightly under the weather today- nothing terrible, just the yucky feeling I always get during the change of season. It's just enough to drag me down and make me want to stay in bed all day. On days like this I always think about where I would rather be, things I would rather be doing, and those little pleasures that just make you feel better when you're sick. . .

A comfy, cozy bed. . .

A warm bath. . .

**

Yummy sweets to replace all nourishing food. . .

**

Lighting twinkling candles instead of overhead lights. . .

**

Curling up with a stack of magazines. . .

**

And wanting nothing more than to sink my toes in the sand on the coast somewhere. . .
